The mission of the Mt. Zion African Methodist Episcopal Church is to minister to the spiritual, intellectual, physical and emotional and environmental needs of all people by spreading Christ's liberating gospel through word and deed.  The Great Commission is presented by Jesus in Matthew 28:18-20 and Mark 16:15-16. 

Our Mission Goals will be aclhieved through these actions:

  • Proclaming the Good News of Salvation through Jesus Christ.
  • Reaching out to all people through Love and Fellowship
  • Teaching the Dynamic and Life-Changing Gospel of Christ Jesus.
  • Preaching Christ Jesus Crucified and Resurrected for our Salvation.
  • Worshipping, Praising and Loving our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
